From Des Moines International Airport (DSM) get on IA-5 S in Warren County from Fleur Dr and take US-65 N to 8th St SW in Polk County. Then, take exit 83 from US-65 N. After that, follow 8th St SW to your destination and turn right onto 8th St SW. Turn left twice, and This Little Piggy Ultrasound will be on your right.
